Abstract:

NOSKOVÁ, Karolína. Ošetřovatelská péče o dětského pacienta s akutní apendicitidou. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Martin Prchlík. Praha. 2020. 64 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o dětského pacienta s akutní apendicitidou. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům o klinickém průběhu apendicitidy a dále její fyziologii, etiologii, diagnostice a terapii. Dále charakterizuje ošetřovatelkou péči o dítě v předoperačním a pooperačním období. Samostatná podkapitola se věnuje komunikaci sestry s hospitalizovaným dítětem a jeho potřebám. Praktickou částí bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces o dětskou pacientku s akutní apendicitidou. U pacientky jsou dle ošetřovatelských problémů stanoveny ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle NANDA I Taxonomie II. V rámci stanovených cílů byly naplánované intervence, které jsou úspěšně zrealizovány. Součástí realizací je vyhodnocení celého ošetřovatelského procesu a stanovení doporučení pro praxi. Přílohou je výstup z bakalářské práce – brožura Medvídek Ráďa na operačním sále. Výstup je určen převážně pacientům předškolního a školního věku a má usnadnit komunikaci sestry s dítětem, která je velmi významnou součástí celého ošetřovatelského procesu, před apendektomií.

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is Nursing Care for a paediatric Patient with Acute Appendicitis. Theoretical part deals with a theoretical research and its knowledge of clinical features of acute appendicitis and its physiology, aetiology, diagnostics and therapy. There is also a chapter that characterizes preoperative and postoperative nursing care for a paediatric patient. Separate sup-chapter deals with a nurse’s communication with hospitalized child and its needs. The practical part of the bachelor’s thesis is about nursing process of the paediatric patient with acute appendicitis. Nursing diagnoses of a patient based on nursing problems are defined according to NANDA I Taxonomy II. Interventions have been planned within the set of objectives and are successfully implemented. Part of the implementation is the evaluation of the entire nursing process and the setting of recommendations for practice. As an attachment, there is a bachelor’s thesis output – brochure Teddy Bear Ráďa in the Operating Room. This attachment is predominantly intended for children of preschool and school age and it is intended to facilitate the communication between a nurse and a child, which is very important part of the nursing process before appendectomy.
