Tax optimization in the selected business entity
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na daňovou optimalizaci ve vybrané právnické osobě. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody daňové optimalizace. V analyticko-praktické části budou na základě současného stavu společnosti provedeny výpočty v souladu s platnou legislativou u právnické osoby. Na základě zjištěných informací je navrženo nové řešení daňové optimalizace.

Bachelor thesis is focused on tax optimization in selected legal entity. In theoretical part of this thesis, methods of tax optimization are described.
