Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o ochraně před hlukem v přírodě. Je dělena do teoretické a zvláštní části. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stávající právní úpravu v oblasti hluku v přírodě, vymezit základní pojmy potřebné k osvětlení tohoto tématu. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the protection against noise in nature. It is divided into theoretical and special parts. The aim is to evaluate the existing legislation on noise in nature, define the basic concepts needed to illuminate the subject.
