Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá procesem sekuritizace a jeho souvislostí s finanční krizí. V úvodu práce objasňuje samotný proces sekuritizace a vybrané cenné papíry takto vzniknuté. Naznačuje jejich charakteristiky a možné využití. V další části je řešen vztah sekuritizace a vzniklé finanční krize, podíl sekuritizace na vzniku krize. This work is focused on the securitization process and its relation with the financial crisis. In the introduction the work clears up securitization process itself and selected securities created this way. Outlines its characteristics and the possibilities of usage.
