Moje práce si dává za cíl popsat a zhodnotit skladbu gastronomického, biologicky rozložitelného odpadu ve vybraných provozovnách, popřípadě domácnostech v okrese Brno-město a zhodnotit možnost jeho využití pro výrobu bioplynu. My thesis aims to describe and evaluate the composition of gastronomic, biodegradable waste in selected plants or households in the Brno agglomeration and assess the potential to use it to produce biogas. In the theoretical part of the thesis I deal with the legislative aspect of gastrowaste handling.
