Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody prenatální diagnostiky. Neinvazivní výkony jsou objasněny jen v základních bodech. Pozornost je zaměřena na invazivní výkony zejména na definici, pomůcky, postup a rizika. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes selected methods of the prenatal diagnostics. Noninvasive procedures are covered only in a basic points. Major attention is aimed at invasive methods their definitions, instruments, techniques and risks. The practical part evaluates data acquired from medical documentation of those women who have undergone amniocentesis. …more
