Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou image organizace veřejného sektoru (konkrétně image veřejné vysoké školy) jako faktoru, který významně ovlivňuje chování spotřebitelů ve vztahu k dané organizaci. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat obsah image Ekonomickosprávní fakulty Masarykovy univerzity a navrhnout případné změny obsahu image této vzdělávací instituce.

This dissertation is concerned the image of public sector organization (exactly about the public university) as a factor which has an influence to consumer behaviour eminently in a relation to a given organization.
