Comparison of Funding of Selected Social Services in the Moravian-Silesian Region according to the Legal Form of the Provider

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komparaci financování tří organizací poskytujících sociální služby, které se od sebe odlišují právní formou poskytovatele. Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými organizacemi typu - nestátní nezisková organizace, příspěvková organizace kraje a příspěvková organizace obce. Cílem je analyzovat rozdílnosti objemů toků financí putujících do vybraných organizací za posledních 5 let a zjistit příčiny těchto odlišností. Tato problematika se v sociálních službách stává stále více výraznější a je třeba na tento problém poukázat. Součástí práce jsou také návrhy, kterými by mohla být stávající situace zlepšena. Pro výzkum je použita metoda analýzy statistických dat a metoda komparace. K výzkumu jsou použita data z veřejných databází, ale navíc také data z výkaznictví Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí České republiky, díky kterým je zajištěna autentičnost výzkumu s realitou.

Abstract:

The thesis is aimed at comparing the funding of three social services organisations which differ from each other in the legal form of the provider. The thesis deals with selected organizations of the type - non-state non-profit organization, contribution organization of the region and contribution organization of the municipality. The aim is to analyse the differences in the amounts of flows of funds going to selected organisations over the last 5 years and to identify the causes of these differences. This issue is becoming increasingly prominent in social services and the problem needs to be highlighted. The work also includes suggestions that could improve the current situation. The statistical data analysis method and the comparison method are used for the research. The research uses data from from public databases, but also data from the reporting of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech republic, thanks to which authenticity of research with reality is ensured.
