Snížení logistických nákladů ve vybrané společnosti

Reduction of logistic costs at the company
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na logistické náklady vybrané společnosti a možnosti jejich snížení. Jsou zde charakterizovány logistické náklady, členění nákladů a vztahy mezi náklady a logistickými činnostmi. Na základě analýzy a zjištěných nedostatků jsou vytvořeny návrhy na snížení logistických nákladů dané společnosti.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis focuses on the logistic costs at the company and reduction of them. There are characteristics of logistic costs, structured of costs and relations between costs and logistic activities. Based on the analysis and identified deficiencies are selected suggestions on reduction of logistic costs at the company.
