Abstract:
Diplomová práce obsahuje návrh prostorového uspořádání v oddělení prototypu ve společnosti Lear Corporation. První část se zabývá teorií, která vychází z odborné literatury. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, ve které je nejprve popsána společnost, dále je provedena analýza výrobního procesu. V závěrečné části je uveden návrh budoucího prostorového uspořádání.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis contains a design of the production area in the prototype department of Lear Corporation. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical knowledge based on literature. After the theory follows the practical part, there is described company and made the analysis of the production process. In the final part, there is presented the design of the future layout.
