Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou padělání a napodobení výtvarných uměleckých děl. Práce je rozdělena do 5 kapitol -- první kapitola se věnuje historii padělání uměleckých děl, druhá kapitola popisuje odhalování padělků obecně a odhalování padělků v České republice. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of art forgery and imitation. It is divided into 5 parts- first chapter is dedicated to history of art forgery, second chapter describes detecting forgeries in general and detecting forgeries in Czech Republic. Third chapter explains art forgery and imitation with respect to the criminal and copyright law. Fourth chapter is focused on a case of art forging. …more
