Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce "Analýza síly podnikové kultury a jejího vlivu na výkonnost podniku" je analýza podnikové kultury, která povede k návrhu doporučení změn. Práce se orientuje především na vnímání podnikové kultury v období adaptační fáze zaměstnanců. Podniková kultura podporující výkonnost podniku je měřena dle Denisonova modelu.
Abstract:
The subject of the bachelor thesis "Analysis of corporate culture strength and impact on corporate performance" is the analysis of corporate culture, leading to proposal recommendation change. The work focuses primarily on the perception of corporate culture in the period of adaptation phase employees. Corporate culture supporting business performance is measured according Denisonova model.
