Abstract:

Cílem této práce je zjistit potřeby dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou a to na základě realizace kvalitativního šetření ve mnou zvolených rodinách. Také jsem se snažila zjistit využití sociální práce v oblasti identifikovaných potřeb. Současně jsem zjišťovala, zda současná nabídka sociálních služeb plně uspokojuje potřeby rodičů zdravotně postižených dětí, případně zda jim nějaká sociální služba chybí. Rovněž jsem se snažila zjistit potřeby rodičů. V teoretické části popisuji zdravotní postižení, stigmatizaci a potřeby zdravotně postižených jedinců. Dále popisuji dětskou mozkovou obrnu, komprehenzivní rehabilitaci a sociální služby, které jsou poskytovány těmto rodinám. V empirické části popisuji metodologii výzkumu, cíl a výsledky kvalitativního šetření. Výsledky mé práce popisuji v závěru.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to determine the needs of children with cerebral palsy based on the realization of a qualitative survey of families chosen by me. Also, I tried to find out the use of social work in the area of identified needs. At the same time I was investigating whether the current range of social services fully meets the needs of parents of disabled children or whether they are missing some social service. I also tried to find out the needs of parents. The theoretical part describes disability, stigma and needs of disabled individuals. Then I describe cerebral palsy, comprehensive rehabilitation and social services that are provided to these families. The empirical part describes the research methodology, objective and results of qualitative investigation. I describe the results of my work in conclusion.
