Current business environment in Israel and trade relations with the Czech Republic

Anotácia:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání současného podnikatelského prostředí Izraele. V první kapitole je definováno podnikatelské prostředí a jsou vysvětleny příčiny a metody jeho zkoumání. Ve druhé kapitole je zkoumáno podnikatelské prostředí Izraele metodou PEST analýzy. Práce se zaměřuje na dopady pandemie covid-19 na podnikatelské prostředí a na vliv kulturních odlišností na obchodní vyjednávání s izraelským partnerem. Ve třetí kapitole je zhodnocena obchodní spolupráce s ČR. Ve čtvrté kapitole je kriticky vyhodnoceno podnikatelské prostředí Izraele pomocí SWOT analýzy, zhodnocena jeho úroveň dle vybraných indexů a jsou poskytnuta doporučení pro podnikatele expandující na izraelský trh.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the examination of the current business environment in Israel. The first chapter defines the business environment and explains the causes and methods of its research. In the second chapter, the business environment of Israel is examined using the PEST analysis method. The thesis focuses on the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the business environment and the effect of cultural differences on business negotiations with an Israeli partner. In the third chapter, the business cooperation with the Czech Republic is assessed. The fourth chapter critically evaluates the business environment in Israel using SWOT analysis, assesses its level according to selected indexes and provides recommendations for entrepreneurs expanding into the Israeli market.
