Diplomová práce se zabývala návrhem služby digitálního věrnostního programu pro kavárny, který jim umožnil zbavit se papírových kartiček. Práce kombinuje přístup designového myšlení a lean startup pro iterativní prototypování služby, která nejprve vzniklo ve formě MVP a bylo nasazeno do ostrého provozu dvou kaváren. Abstract:
The master thesis is concerned with designing a digital loyalty service program for cafes, which would allow them to get rid of paper cards. The work combines the approach of design thinking and lean startup for iterative prototyping of the service, which is first deployed in a form of MVP in two cafes.
