Life cycle and career of employee in Czech post, s.c.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem Životní cyklus zaměstnance v podniku Česká pošta, s.p. se zabývá analýzou životního cyklu zaměstnance od jeho nástupu do podniku až po ukončení pracovního procesu. Teoretická část práce vymezuje problematiku personalistiky a zaměstnaneckého vztahu. V praktické části je charakterizován podnik Česká pošta, s.p. a vymezena analýza daného problému.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the life cycle of Czech Post, s. c. employee from joining the company up to the leasing the job for retirement. In the theoretical part, the issue of human resources and employee relations is described. In the practical part, the Czech Post company is characterized, and the selected issues are analysed.
