The Development of Criminality in Prostejov District since 1989 and its Influence on Safety of the Population

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje se na vývoj a faktory ovlivňující míru kriminality ve zvolené lokalitě, analyzuje jevy a okolnosti, které jsou aktuální a ovlivňují téměř každého z nás. V teoretické části je řešena problematika obecné legislativy a justice, a postupně je přecházeno ke konkrétnějšímu v podobě kriminologie, kriminality a samotné charakteristice zvoleného města Prostějov. Úvod praktické části analyzuje vývoje kriminality s ohledem na okolnosti, které s ní souvisí, druhá část zkoumá faktory, které mohou stát za jejím vznikem. V závěrečné části je navrhnuta řada opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti občanů města Prostějov, včetně s autorsky původní mobilní aplikace.

Abstract:

This work is focused on the development of the crime rate and the factors that influence them in the chosen location. and analyzes the phenomena and circumstances that affect almost all of us. Thetheoretical part deals with the use of general legislation and justice, and gradually proceeds to more specific cases in the form of criminology, crime and characteristic features of the town Prostějov. Introduction of the practical part analysis the development of crime with regard to the circumstances related to it, the second part will examine the factors that may influence its commencement. The last part include proposed measures to increase the security of the citizens of the city Prostějov, include original mobil application
