Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na mobbing, nebo-li šikanou na pracovišti. V teoretické části je popsán vznik, znaky, fáze, příčiny, techniky, důsledky a obrana proti mobbingu. Rovněž jsou zde definováni pachatelé a oběti. Analytická část je aplikována do prostředí firmy, kde se pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu zjistí, zda se mobbing ve firmě vyskytuje, nebo má k němu nějaké předpoklady. Na základě získaných …more

The thesis is focused mobbing, or bullying in the workplace. The theoretical part describes the creation, characters, stages, causes, techniques, effects and defense against mobbing.There are also defined perpetrators and victims.
