Tato práce se zabývá problémy seniorů, změnami v jejich zdravotním a psychickém stavu, specifickými syndromy ve stáří, potřebami seniorů včetně jejich zajišťování a problémy v péči o seniory. Dále popisuje historii rodiny, rodinu jako celek, rodinný cyklus, mýty, rituály, funkce rodiny a soužití seniora s rodinou. My work describes senior{\crq}s problems, their health and psychological changes, their speci-fic syndroms and it describes their needs in an old age. Every family has got its own histo-ry as the whole complex.
