Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konkrétně tím, jak podnik využívá své možnosti k zefektivnění pracovní síly a k její motivaci tak, aby dokázal dostatečně odporovat konkurenci. Současná doba si žádá, aby byl podnik flexibilní a dokázal se přizpůsobit novinkám na trhu, to platí hlavně pro zaměstnance, kteří by měli oplývat schopností rozšiřovat své znalosti a zvyšovat tím svou hodnotu na trhu práce. Teoretická část objasňuje základní pojmy, metody a formy firemního vzdělávání. Také vysvětluje, proč vůbec zaměstnance vzdělávat a jaká je úspěšnost a efektivita firemního vzdělávání. Aplikační část analyzuje konkrétní firmu, restaurační zařízení s rozsáhlými pobočkami po celém světě, firmu McDonald´s. Detailně rozeberu školící systém zaměstnanců tohoto provozovatele, což bude východiskem pro návrh mé vlastní koncepce řešení s cílem zdokonalení toho systému. Práce se zaměřuje na průběh, formu a efektivitu školení. Vyhodnocuje klady a zápory tohoto systému s cílem naleznout pro tuto firmu další lepší varianty, které ušetří její náklady a zároveň zdokonalí taktiku firemního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals specifically with how the company uses its opportunities to streamlining the workforce and its motivation so that it can adequately resist competition. The present time demands that the company was flexible and be able to adapt to new developments in the market, this is especially true for employees who would have to have ability to expand their skills and thereby increase their value in the labor market. The theoretical section explains the basic concepts, methods, forms and means of corporate training. It also explains why we should educate employees and what is the success rate and efficiency of corporate training. Application part analyzes particular company, restaurant with extensive offices around the world, McDonald's. I will discuss in detail about the training system of employees of the selected operator, which will be the basis for the design of my own solutions in order to improve the system. The work focuses on the form and process of training and their effectiveness. Evaluates the pros and cons of this system in order to find other better alternatives that will save the costs and improve the tactics of corporate training.
