Health insurance in terms of gender analysis - drawing and contributions according to population group

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání příspěvků a čerpání ze systému dle gender analýzy pojištěnců Zdravotní pojišťovny Ministerstva Vnitra ČR. Cílem práce je zjistit rozdíly mezi příspěvky, které jsou vybrané od pojištěnců zdravotní pojišťovny a čerpání na lékařskou péči v porovnání podle mužů a žen v období od roku 2007 až 2015. Čerpání na lékařskou péči bude rozděleno nejen podle pohlaví, ale i na věkovou strukturu. Dále se práce zabývá motivačními benefity, které klienti využívají, a na které přihlížejí při výběru zdravotní pojišťovny. V první části bakalářské práce budou uvedeny základní informace ohledně zdravotního pojištění v ČR, vysvětlení základních pojmů a modely zdravotního pojištění, dále bude popsána již konkrétní pojišťovna, a to Zdravotní pojišťovna Ministerstva Vnitra ČR, základní informace o její struktuře. V další části budou zpracovány analýzy ze získaných dat, a to zejména analýzu motivačních benefitů a následné doporučení zdravotní pojišťovně.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on comparison of dues to drawing money from the system according to gender analysis of insureds of "Health Insurance Company of Ministry of the Interior Czech Republic". This thesis aims to find the gender-specific differences between dues that are collected from insureds of the health insurance company and the amount of drawn money for health care in between 2007 and 2015. The drawing for health care will not only be split depending on gender but also on age structure. Furthermore this thesis is also focused on motivational benefits used by clients which are also taken in consideration while picking a health insurance company. In the first part of the bachelor thesis the fundamental information about health insurance in Czech republic, models of health insurance and explanation of the basic terms will be introduced. The particular insurance company that is "Health Insurance Company of Ministry of the Interior Czech Republic" and information about its structure will be also described here. In the next part of the thesis the analyses of extracted data will be processed preferentially concentrated on motivational benefits and resulting recommendations for the health insurance company.
