Problem Group on The Labour Market and their Application of State subservience

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problémové skupiny na trhu práce dle definice § 33 zákona o zaměstnanosti a pomoc státu při jejich uplatnění. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část charakterizuje trh práce, příčiny a formy nezaměstnanosti, představuje skupiny s problémovým uplatněním na trhu práce a existující přístupy k řešení problematiky zaměstnávání těchto skupin. Praktická část práce je věnovaná vybraným nástrojům aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a jejich srovnání v letech 2008 a 2009. Nejprve jsou porovnány počty vytvořených pracovních míst v rámci aktivní politiky a poté výdaje, které stát v jednotlivých letech na nástroje vynaložil.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on problem groups in the labour market in accordance with the definition in Article No. 33 in the Act on Employment and support of the Czech Republic with their employment. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part describes the labour market, causes and forms of unemployment, problem groups in the labour market and existing approaches to dealing with the problems of these groups. The practical part of my thesis is devoted to chosen instruments of active employment policy and a comparison of these instruments in the period from 2008 to 2009. First of all numbers of created jobs within active employment policy are compared and then the expenditures the Czech Republic is spending on these tools each year.
