Abstract:

Tématem této práce je Kvalita života se stomií. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce, je zjistit zda zavedení stomie má znatelný vliv na kvalitu života. Dílčí úkoly práce jsou, zjistit zda délka zavedení stomie má vliv na snížení kvality života, jaký typ stomie je hůře snesitelný. Zda se se stomií lépe vypořádají ženy či muži. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o historii a vývoji stomií. Jak stomie ošetřovat, typy stomií a jejich specifika. Popisuji případy a onemocnění, při kterých se indikuje stomie. V další části práce je popsána příprava nemocného na zavedení stomie a na operační výkon. Rozdělení stomických pomůcek a jejich rozvoj do dnešní doby. Existence stomických klubů, jejich využití a historie vzniku. Práce stomické sestry, jejich kompetence, vznik tohoto specializovaného oboru. Život stomiků, v různých životních rolích a každodenních aktivitách. Co vše se v životě změní s příchodem vývodu. Výživa a pitný režim pacientů. Fyzické aktivity, které se doporučují pro udržení dobrého zdravotního stavu a naopak které nejsou doporučeny kvůli možnému vzniku komplikací. Rodinný, společenský a intimní život u stomiků. Ve statistickém šetření byly použity dva dotazníky. Tyto dotazníky byly vybrány pro vhodně položené otázky uzavřeného typu, na které se respondentům dobře odpovídá. Respondenti si mohli vybrat z několika odpovědí. První dotazník Stoma-QOL je nestandardizovaný dotazník od společnosti Coloplast, která je výrobcem stomických pomůcek. Druhý WHOQOL-BREF je standardizovaný dotazník Světové zdravotnické organizace v jeho krátké verzi. Tyto dva dotazníky a základní sociodemografické otázky byly vloženy do skupiny stomiků na internetu. Výsledky byly sbírány od ledna - března 2021. Na základě výsledků se potvrdilo že stomici mají oproti relativně zdravé populaci nižší kvalitu života.

Abstract:

The topic of this work is Quality of life with a stoma. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to determine whether the introduction of a stoma has a significant effect on the quality of life. Partial tasks of the work are to determine whether the length of stoma placement has an effect on reducing the quality of life. Which type of stoma is less tolerable. Whether women or men cope better with a stoma. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information about the history and development of stoma. How to treat stoma. Types of stoma and their specifics. It was describe cases and diseases in which a stoma is indicated. The next part of the work describes the preparation of the patient for the introduction of a stoma and for surgery. Division of ostomy appliances and their development to this day. Existence of ostomy clubs, their use and history. The work of an stomy nurse, their competencies, the emergence of this specialized field. The life of stomists in various life roles and daily activities. What will change in life with the advent of the intestinal outlet. Nutrition and drinking regime of patients. Physical activities that are recommended to maintain good health and vice versa that are not recommended due to possible complications. Family and social and intimate life with ostomists. Two questionnaires were used in the statistical survey. These questionnaires were selected for appropriately asked questions of the closed type, which are well answered by the respondents. Respondents could choose from several answers. The first Stoma-QOL questionnaire is a non-standardized questionnaire from Coloplast is a manufacturer of ostomy appliances. The second WHOQOL-BREF is a standardized questionnaire of the World Health Organization in its short version. These two questionnaires and basic sociodemographic questions were entered into a group of stomists on the Internet. The results were collected from January to March 2021. Based on the results it was confirmed that stomiest have a lower quality of life compared to a relatively healthy population.
