The thesis aims to analyze the possibility of formation of common minority policy at the European Union's level. The analysis of the possibility of arising of the given approach is based on the comparison of the minority policies in four member countries which form Visegrad Group - the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and the Slovak Republic.
