Cílem diplomové práce je sestavit konkrétní podnikatelský plán a ověřit jeho konkurenceschopnost v praxi. The aim of the dissertation is a business plan concept and verification of its competitiveness in practice. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, I focus on basic business terms and the actual business plan, mainly why and how the thesis is conceived, how it should look like and what should be in.
