Abstract:
Předmětem studia této diplomové práce bylo 11 kmenů S. aureus, jejichž společným znakem byla příslušnost k sekvenčnímu typu ST398. Devět kmenů veterinárního původu pocházelo ze vzorků bazénového mléka z mlékáren na Slovensku a v Moravskoslezském kraji, dva kmeny humánního původu, byly izolovány z výtěru krku pacientů s cystickou fibrózou ve FN Motol Praha. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is focused on 11 strains of S. aureus which all belong to sequence type ST398. Nine of them has veterinary origin and was isolated from bulk tank milk from Slovakia and from Moravian-silesian region. Strains which was of human origin was isolated from throat swab from patients with cystic fibrosis in FN Motol Prague. Strains of S. aureus ST398 was moleculary characterised by PCR …more
