Abstract:
Bakalářská práce popisuje vznik řeznického oboru, rozvoj, fungování a zánik cechů. Hlavní zaměření je na vývoj podnikání v masném průmyslu ve městě Brně a jeho znárodnění. Cílem je popis místního podnikatelského prostředí v oboru.
Abstract:
This batchelor thesis describes formating of the butcher's branch the development and the decline of guilds. The main focus is on the evolution of enterprising in the meat industry in Brno and it's nationalization. The goal of this thesis is description of the local enterprising environment of the butcher's branch.
