Abstract:
Bachelor work deals with social politics of towns or cities. One of modern and democratic ways of a strategic planning in a social area is a community planning. Submitters (a city council, a county), providers (retirement homes, nurseries creches) and users (disabled citizens, pensioners) are all talking part in creating the communal plan.
