Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává a definuje rodinnou firmu, hotelnictví a gastronomii. Cílem práce je zhodnocení rodinného podniku-hotelu v porovnání ekonomických ukazatelů. V práci jsou dále uvedeny a definovány pojmy jako stravovací služby, ubytovací zařízení a manažer spolu s jeho klíčovými oblastmi. Bachelor thesis discusses and defines a family business, hospitality and gastronomy. The aim is to evaluate the family business-hotel compared economic indicators. The paper also listed and defined terms such as catering, accommodation and manager along with his key areas.
