Abstract:
Potvrzení či vyloučení otcovství se provádí metodou DNA profilování, která se využívá také v kriminalistice pro identifikaci osob. V současnosti se provádí DNA profilování pomocí krátkých tandemových repetic (STR markerů), kdy se srovnávají specifické znaky matky, dítěte a domnělého otce. The confirmation or the exclusion of paternity is carried out using DNA typing, which is also used in the forensic praxis for personal identification. Currently, the DNA typing uses the Short Tandem Repeats (STRs) markers when the specific markers from mother, child and alleged father are compared.
