Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací studentů jazyků ve firemním prostředí. Cílem této práce je posoudit jaké typy motivace a jaké motivační faktory jsou rozhodující pro zaměstnance firem, kteří se rozhodli studovat cizí jazyky při zaměstnání. This thesis is focused on the motivation of students of foreign languages in a business environment.
