Abstract:
Snížený příjem potravy u hospitalizovaných pacientů je ovlivněn mnoha faktory.Následkem může být jak malnutrice, tak vyšší náklady na přípravu stravy a následnělikvidaci vrácených zbytků. Sledováním množství vydaných a vrácených pokrmů pro pacienty na oddělení následné rehabilitace bylo zjištěno, že nezkonzumované zbytky tvořily 23,3 % z celkového vydaného množství. Decreased food intake of pacients in hospital is influenced by many factors. Results of the decreased food intake can be malnutrition, but also higher costs associated with cooking and subsequent waste disposal.During the monitoring of passed emount of food for patients on the rehabilitation ward it was found out that returned emount took 23,3 percentage of total passed emount.
