Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou regionálních disparit ve Španělském království, které se dlouhodobě potýká s prostorově nerovnoměrným hospodářským rozvojem. Cílem práce je analyzovat vliv struktury trhu práce na regionální disparity ve Španělském království na administrativní úrovni NUTS2. Práce vychází z teoretických konceptů týkajících se regionálního rozvoje a regionálních disparit. Španělské reálie týkající se regionálních rozdílů a struktury trhu práce jsou představeny a zohledněny v analýze, která zkoumá vliv konkrétních proměnných trhu práce na běžně používané ukazatele regionálních disparit. Práci uzavírá diskuse o zjištěních a doporučeních k dalšímu řešení.

Abstract:

The thesis is concerning problematic of regional disparities in the Kingdom of Spain, the country that has long struggled with spatially uneven economic development. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the impact of labour market structure on regional disparities in the Kingdom of Spain at the administrative level NUTS2. The thesis is based on theoretical concepts concerning regional development and regional disparities. Spanish realities concerning regional differences and the structure of the labour market are presented and reflected in the analysis, which researches the impact of specific labour market variables on commonly used indicators of regional disparities. The thesis will be concluded with a discussion of findings and recommendations for fur-ther solutions.
