Contribution of local culture for the development of the Town of Litvinov

Abstract:

Lokální kultura je historicky provázána s určitým, zpravidla ne příliš velkým prostorem. Většinou si pod tímto pojmem představíme folklorní tradice moravských vesniček, ve kterých se po staletí vytvářela specifická kultura slovního projevu, písní i oblékání. Tato bakalářská práce se prostorově zaměřila na sídlo uprostřed průmyslové aglomerace - na město Litvínov. Důvodem výběru byla otázka: „Lze vůbec uvažovat o nějaké místní kultuře v místě, kde hlavním problémem pro obyvatele je zaměstnání?“. Inspirací pro dané téma byla pro mne také píseň Jaroslava Hutky „Litvínov“. Bakalářská práce se zaměří na kulturní aktivity, ve kterých stěžejní roli hraje místní samospráva. Zároveň však bude věnována pozornost i netradičním alternativním formám lokální kultury, která možná překvapivě v tomto městě horníků a chemiků má velmi zajímavé tradice.

Abstract:

Local culture is historically linked with a certain, usually not too much great area. We usually introduce this term folklore traditions of Moravian villages, where for centuries created a specific culture of speech, songs and dressing. This bachelor thesis is focused on spatially seat middle of an industrial agglomeration - the town Litvinov. The reason for this choice was the question: "Is it possible to think about some local culture at the point where the main problem for the inhabitants of the job?". The inspiration for the theme was for me the song Jaroslav Hutka "Litvinov." Bachelor thesis will focus on cultural activities in which the pivotal role played by local government. At the same time, however, attention will be paid and non-traditional alternative forms of local culture, which, perhaps surprisingly in this city miners and chemists has a very interesting tradition.
