Communication in Stressful Situations at Fire Rescue Service of Zlín Region

Abstract:

Tato práce s názvem "Komunikace v zátěžových situacích u Hasičského záchranného sboru Zlínského kraje" přináší poznatky z odvětví psychologie, zabývající se jednáním s člověkem, který se nachází v krizové situaci. Obsahuje teoretické vymezení, v čem spočívá daná problematika, a také nastiňuje samotný institut integrovaného záchranného systému, konkrétně Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky se zaměřením na HZS Zlínského kraje. Tato práce si klade za cíl porovnat knižní podobu dané problematiky s tou, která se v reálném světě využívá a která je školena. V rámci práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, díky němuž má být zjištěno, zda je znalost krizové komunikace dostatečně rozšířená mezi pracovníky sboru.

Abstract:

The work "Communication in stress situations in the Fire rescue service of the Zlín region" brings findings from psychology branch dealing with negotiations with a person who is in crisis. It contains the theoretical definition of what is the issue and also outlines the institute of integrated rescue system, further then specifically the Fire rescue service of the Czech republic and focus on the brigade of the Zlín region. This work aims to compare the book form of the issue with the real use and trainings. Part of this work is processed survey which serves to the findings whether the knowledge of crisis communication is sufficiently widespread among workers of the brigade.
