Instruments of integration of people excluded from housing at the local level

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce jsou nástroje sociální a bytové politiky, které na místní úrovni slouží k integraci osob vyloučených z bydlení do standardní formy bydlení. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je posouzení těchto nástrojů z hlediska jejich předností a nedostatků pro proces integrace. V první teoretické části jsem definoval v kontextu chudoby a sociálního vyloučení osoby vyloučené z bydlení a analyzoval nástroje bytové a sociální politiky, které na místní úrovni slouží k jejich integraci. Ve druhé metodologické části jsem stanovil dílčí výzkumné otázky, které jsem dále upřesnil indikátory a zvolil strategii výzkumu. V empirické části jsem pak na základě sebraných dat posoudil naplnění jednotlivých využívaných nástrojů integrace z hlediska jejich předností a nedostatků.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis are instruments of social and housing policy at the local level, which are used to integrate persons excluded from housing to standard forms of housing. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate these instruments in terms of their strengths and weaknesses for the integration process. In the first teoretical part I have defined the context of poverty and social exclusion of people excluded from the housing and analyzed instruments of housing and social policy at the local level, which are used to integrate them. In the second methodological part I determined partial research questions, which I further explained with indicators and chosen stategy of research. In the empirical part I evaluated on the basis of collected data the fulfillment of used instruments of integration in terms of their strengths and weaknesses .
