Associating of the enterprises as an instrument of increasing of the competitiveness

Abstract:

The aim of Bachelor thesis „Associating of the enterprises as an instrument of increasing of the competitiveness “is to analyse the association of two chosen enterprises with regard to its benefits for the growth of competitiveness. The Bachelor thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the theoretical concept of the studied subject, which will be used as the basis for analysis in the second part. It also provides some methods of financial analysis that will examine the success of the association. The analytic part is focused on examining the economic growth of one of the affiliated enterprises. At the end of this thesis, the results of the analysis will be interpreted in the context of increasing competitiveness.

Abstract:

Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Sdružování podniků jako nástroj zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti“ je analýza združenia dvoch podnikateľských subjektov s ohľadom na jeho prínosy pre rast konkurencieschopnosti. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na dve časti. Prvá časť obsahuje teoretický koncept skúmanej problematiky, ktorý bude použitý ako východisko pre analýzu v praktickej časti. Ďalej sa tu venuje pozornosť niektorým metódam finančnej analýzy, ktorou sa bude skúmať úspešnosť združenia. Praktická časť je zameraná na skúmanie hospodárskej úspešnosti jedného zo združovaných podnikov. V závere tejto práce budú výsledky analýzy interpretované v kontexte zvyšovania konkurencieschopnosti.
