Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Prostituce optikou sociální práce. Cílem bakalářské práce je na základě dostupné literatury popsat a dle zvolených kritérií komparovat jednotlivé legislativní modely prostituce. Práce byla zpracována na základě předem vybraných textů českých i zahraničních autorů. Výsledkem komparace jednotlivých legislativních modelů je přehled odlišností na základě předem zvolených kritérií, které se týkají cílů legislativních modelů, způsobu vnímání společnosti právní úpravy, způsobu vnímání klienta a sexuálních pracovníků v právní úpravě, a nakonec role sociálního pracovníka.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is "Prostituon through the lens of social work". The aim of this bachelor based on available literatur eis to describe and to compare selected models of individual leislative models of prostitution according to epresentative criteria. The work was prepared on the basis of pre-selected texts by Czech and foreign authors. The result of the comparison of individual legislative models is an overview of differences based on pre-selected criteria, which relate to the objectives of legislative models, the way society is perceived by legislation, the way the client and sex workers are perceived in legislation, and finally the role of social worker.
