The goals of social enterprise employees during the work with disabled people and their coherence with the social service system.
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje práci sociálních pracovníků při poskytování služby osobám se zdravotním postižením, konkrétně jejich cílům ve službách osobní asistence. Cíle jsou mapovány prostřednictvím studia dokumentace služby a expertními rozhovory a poté dány do kontextu se systémem poskytování služeb.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the work of social workers providing services to persons with disabilities, specifically their goals in personal assistance services. The goals are mapped through the study of service documentation and expert interviews and then put into context with the social service system.
