Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní spokojeností a motivací zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav spokojenosti zaměstnanců a následně navrhnout opatření na zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření byl zjištěn aktuální stav spokojenosti, kde bylo zjištěno, s čím byli zaměstnanci spokojeni, a s čím spokojeni naopak nebyli. Bylo tedy navrženo několik doporučení, která by mohla pracovní spokojenost ve společnosti zvýšit.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with job satisfaction and motivation of employees in the selected company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the current state of job satisfaction and then to propose measures to increase job satisfaction of employees. A questionnaire survey was used to find out the current state of satisfaction, where was ascertained what were employees satisfied with and with what they were not. Taking this survey to account there have been proposed some recommendations which could increase job satisfaction in the selected company.
