Abstract:

Hlavnou charakteristikou bakalárskej práce je poukázať na základné aspekty úverového procesu pre malé a stredné podniky v trhovom prostredí Slovenskej republike. Práca ponúka pohľad na možnosti financovania ktoré má k dispozícii malý a stredný podnik v úverovom styku s obchodnou bankou ako aj základné ekonomicko-finančné ukazovatele analýzy podniku. Jednou zo základných potrieb malých a stredných podnikov je získavanie finančných zdrojov na svoj rozvoj a rast podmienkach, ktoré im nie vždy umožňujú nájsť optimálne možnosti financovania. Z pohľadu banky patria medzi najrizikovejšie subjekty pri žiadaní o úver od obchodnej banky. Úvodná kapitola sa zaoberá základným rozdelením obchodných spoločností, postupne nás oboznamuje s úverovým procesom, aké informácie by mal mať podnikateľ naštudované z oblasti ekonomicko-finančných pri rokovaní s bankou. Práca sa postupne zaoberá, ako si na schválenie podnikateľského úveru musí preveriť banka bonitu malého a stredného podniku, ktorú získava z finančných výkazov. Spoločnosť si ich vedie nielen pre vlastnú potrebu ale aj pre verejné inštitúcie. Finančná analýza podniku má na poskytnutie úveru najväčší význam. Práca ponúka možnosť sa zoznámiť so základnými ukazovateľmi, ktorých výpočtom môže získať základné poznatky v akom stave sa malý a stredný podnik nachádza. Medzi základné ekonomicko-finančné ukazovatele môžeme zaradiť napríklad ukazovatele likvidity, aktivity, zadlženosti, rentability a ukazovatele trhovej hodnoty. Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je popísať proces možného získania finančných prostriedkov z pohľadu podnikateľa, pre potreby malého a stredného podniku a charakterizovať postup pre úspešné absolvovanie úverového procesu v podnikateľskom prostredí .

Abstract:

The main characteristic of the thesis is to highlight the fundamental aspects of the credit process for small and medium-sized enterprises in the market environment of the Slovak Republic. This work provides an insight into the possibilities of financing options of small and medium enterprise in credit contact with commercial bank as well as basic economic and financial indicators of business analysis. One of the basic needs of small and medium-sized enterprises is fundraising for their development and growth in terms that are not always able to find the best financing options. From the perspective of banks, enterprises are among the most dangerous players when applying for a loan from a commercial Bank. Introductory chapter deals with the distribution of business companies, gradually acquaint the reader with a credit process, which information should be staged from the entrepreneur in economic and financial field when negotiating with the bank. Gradually the work deals with, as to approve a business loan, bank must verify the creditworthiness of small and medium-sized enterprise, which is obtained from financial statements. A company keeps them not only for its own use but also for public institutions. Financial analysis of the company has a loan of utmost importance. The work offers reader to be familiar with basic indicators, which the calculation can reader acquire basic knowledge about the status of small and medium enterprise is located. The basic economic and financial indicators can include indicators such as liquidity, activity, debt, profitability and indicators of market value. The main goal of this work is to describe the process of obtaining credit from the perspective of the entrepreneur to the needs of small and medium business and describe the procedure for the successful completion of the loan process in the business environment.
