Diagnostics of locomotion system in badminton players and following compensation of diagnosed dysbalances
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá diagnostikou poškození hybného systému badmintonistů. V první části jsem se zaměřila na specifické působení badmintonového výkonu na pohybový aparát, diagnostické metody a kompenzační cvičení. V druhé části se zabývám vyhodnocením výsledků testování svalového zkrácení, pohybových stereotypů a hypermobility s doporučením vyrovnávacích cvičení.
Abstract:
The thesis is about diagnosing the damage of the badminton players' musculoskeletal systems. For the first part of my thesis I have put focus on the specific effect of the badminton game on the musculoskeletal system.
