Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu pojmu obdobného výrobku v právu Světové obchodní organizace (WTO). Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je nastíněna charakteristika Všeobecné dohody o clech a obchodu 1994, zásada nediskriminace a způsob řešení sporů na půdě WTO. The aim of this work is to analyze the concept of „like product“ in the Law of WTO. The first part outlines the theory of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994, the non-discrimination principle and the dispute settlement mechanisms in WTO.
