Risk analysis at workplaces with a high proportion of robotic work and design of measures to ensure the safety and health of people at these workplaces

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je standardně členěna do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována stávajícímu pojetí BOZP z pohledu platné legislativy a obecně uznávaných přístupů v prevenci rizik. V dalších kapitolách se práce zaměřuje na problematiku digitalizace/robotizace pracovišť s ohledem na pracovní podmínky. V praktické části je provedena analýza vybraného referenčního pracoviště, na kterém digitalizace již proběhla s cílem odhalit, jakým způsobem se tato změna promítla do pracovních podmínek a do vnímání rizik ze strany zaměstnanců. Bádání bylo založeno na ověření, případně vyvrácení dvou základních hypotéz. Výstupem analýzy je diskuse zahrnující komentář zaměřený na to, jak se pracovní podmínky v daném podniku změnily, a zejména jak tyto změny vnímají zaměstnanci, resp. management.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the existing concept of OSH from the perspective of valid legislation and generally accepted approaches in risk prevention. In the next chapter, the work focuses on the issue of digitization/robotization of workplaces with respect to working conditions. The practical part of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the selected reference workplace, where digitization was already complete and how this change was reflected in the working conditions and risk perception. Research is based on the verification or refutation of two basic hypotheses. All gained data were analysed in a discussion including commentary focused on the working conditions in the company have changed, and in particular how these changes are perceived by employees, respectively, management.
