V posledních letech dochází k výraznému poklesu úrovně demokracie a právního státu v Maďarsku a Polsku. Soudnictví v těchto zemích je paralyzováno a ovlivňováno politickou mocí. In recent years, there has been a significant decline in the level and rule of law in Hungary and Poland. The judiciary in these countries is paralyzed and influenced by political power.
