Essence of my master´s dissertation consist in known and unknown behaviour of guest and staff in bar facilities. Examination of ethics and etiquette is top priority. Staff and guest need to know how to behave in this kind of facilities. I did my research in 8 chosen facilities situated in Bratislava and Malacky. V diplomovej práci rozoberám nevedomosť a nedostatky v chovaní sa zákazníkov a obsluhy v barových zariadeniach. Dôraz kladiem na dodržiavanie etiky a etikety. Dodržiavanie týchto pravidiel vysvetľujem na ôsmich vybraných podnikoch na Slovensku nachádzajúcich sa v Bratislave a Malackách.
