Předmětem diplomové práce „Aplikace mezinárodních oceňovacích standardů (IVS 2011) při oceňování nemovitostí v ČR“ je analýza dvou systémů oceňování nemovitého majetku, a to systému mezinárodního a českého, jejich vzájemná komparace a vyhodnocení.
