Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřená na problematiku týkající se genderové rovnosti. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy spojené s tímto tématem a popisuje, jak se pohlaví utváří od dětství a jakou hraje roli během našeho života. Výzkumná část se soustředí na genderovou rovnost u dětí školního věku. Zkoumá a popisuje vliv iniciativy genderové rovnosti na jejich vzdělávání a výchovu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on issues related to gender equality. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts associated with this topic and describes how gender is formed from childhood and what role it plays during our lives. The research part focuses on gender equality in school-age children. It examines and describes the impact of the gender equality initiative on their education and upbringing
