Career and family of women in service of ratio
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce nastiňuje problematiku žen, a to především žen pečujících o rodinu po návratu z mateřské/rodičovské dovolené zaměstnaných u Policie České republiky v Hradci Králové. Zabývá se slaďováním profesního a rodinného života, rovnoprávností mužů a žen na trhu práce, postavením žen – matek v naší společnosti.
Abstract:
This bachelory dissertation shows problematic situations of women working in PČR in Hradec Králové who are taking care of children after leaving maternity leave. It describes their jointing of family and profession life, equality of men and women on employment market and women`s place in our society.
