Tato absolventská práce se zabývá tématem smrti a umírání, tabuizací tohoto tématu a jeho vlivem na hospicovou péči. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda má tabuizace smrti ve společnosti negativní vliv na využívání služeb hospice klienty, kteří potřebují paliativní péči, a jak s tímto vlivem pracovat. This thesis focus on the topic of death and dying, the taboo of this topic, and its impact on hospice care. The aim of the work is to find out whether the taboo of death in society has a negative effect on the use of hospice services by clients who need palliative care, and how to work with this effect.
